Woodinville Wine Cellars is a small boutique winery that produces small quantities of handcrafted wines. Our grapes are secured annually from several prominet Washington State vineyards. Each wine is fermented in small lots and barrel aged for up to 18 months, using French Oak selected to compliment, not mask the terrior.

Each lot and individual wine barrel is meticulously monitored from the moment the fruit is hand harvested, to the day the wine is carefully bottled. This artisan approach allows us to preserve the delicate balance of aromas and unique characteristics of each wine.

2006 Sauvignon Blanc

This year our very popular Sauvignon Blanc has even more complexity than in years past. We blended the tropical, lush style of Red Mountain, with the cooler, crisp, more citrus style from Stillwater Creek vineyard. The result from this union is a wonderful nose of Pear, Grapefruit, and Honey Melon. Crisp, and mouth filling, the palate is creamy, with lush tropical fruits finishing of the palate. It is a wonderful wine for any time of the year! This Sauvignon Blanc will pair wonderfully with Crab, Lobster, and even grilled Chicken dishes.

2005 Little Bear Creek

Our second release of the very popular Little Bear Creek is anything but “little.” We named this wine in honor of the creek that runs beside the winery. Every autumn the creek fills with salmon and excitement builds as the winery prepares for another harvest. This blend is a combination of select barrels, inspired by the complexity of nature. The 2005 represents all five Bordeaux varietals. A versatile wine for all occasions.

2005 Syrah

Exotic aromas open in the glass with slight honeysuckle and violet scents, followed by hints of black cherry and vanilla. The palate displays classic Syrah characters as well as a rich, creamy finish that lingers on and on. Tannins are soft and plush, substantial enough to age 5–7 years. The last vintage of this Syrah received 91 points in Wine Spectator and 90 points in Wine Enthusiast.

2005 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Stillwater Creek Vineyard

The 2005 is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Stillwater Creek Vineyard and may be the finest offering from this winery to date. The grapes came from block 40, planted with Clone 8 rootstock and were aged in 75% new French oak for 21 months. We think you’ll find this Cabernet a great testimate to Stillwater Creek and the quality of Washington wines.

This wine starts with a full “engaging” nose of black currant, cassis, licorice and tobacco. The flavors saturate the palate, with cocoa, cherry, currant, and chocolate. The finish has firm tannins and a resistant length that proves this is a special bottle of wine deserving of the label "Reserve". This wine will see its peak in two years and will continue to evolve for the next 10 years.
