Rhône Blend is a blend of two or more of the traditional 13 grape varieties of Southern Rhône Valley, in France. It typically includes Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsault. Other grapes can include Muscardin, Counoise, Clairette, Bourboulenc, Picpoul, Roussanne, Terret Noir, Picardan or Vaccarese. In the Cote Rotie AOC appellation, the wines can also contain up to 20% Viognier.
