Qualitätswein mit Prädikat or Prädikatswein or QmP is the top German appellation system.

As the name suggests, QMP wines are classified by Prädikat, i.e. their character. All QMP wines must bear one of the following Prädikat indications on their label:
- Kabinett: dry wine (8.6 - 11.4 % alcohol by vol.)
- Spätlese: late harvest, usually dry (10 - 13 % alcohol by vol.)
- Auslese: selection of very ripe or overripe grapes (11.1 - 14.5 % alcohol by vol.)
- Berenauslese: selection of overripe grapes (15.3 - 18.1 % alcohol by vol.)
- Eiswein: ice wine (15.3 - 18.1 % alcohol by vol.)
- Trockenbeerenauslese: selection of overripe grapes affected by noble rot (21.5 - 22.1 % alcohol by vol.)
