Oeil de Perdrix is a Rosé produced in the Swiss canton of Neuchâtel from Pinot Noir grapes.

edit Tasting

A light orange or salmon-colored rosé. Usually with autumnal flavours joined by fruity notes. The strength of Oeil de Perdrix is its warm accessibility, but it doesn't really make for the most interesting dining experience.

edit Food recommendations

Sea food, especially shrimp or lobster. Traditionally with filets de Perche from Lac Léman (Lake Geneva) or Lac de Neuchâtel.
