The cellar and its vineyards are situated at more than 700 meters above sea level, where floral and animal wildlife live in harmony in a rare atmosphere. Equipment includes 4,200 barrels of 225 litres each, three pneumatic presses, a cooling kit, a bottling machine for 5,000 bottles per hour, and deposit capacity for 2,500 thousand liters.
