This is a Cabernet Sauvignon, made from hand-picked fruit on the Littledale Estate in the Hunter Valley, in Australia. The wine was made by Jim Chatto.

The wine is deep plum in colour, displaying aromas of blackberry and cassis with hints of aniseed and spicy oak. The palate is classically medium bodied showing ripe Cabernet Fruit with fine tannins and well intregated oak.

The wine will taste at it best in 2010, To be served at room temperature.

The grapes are all Hunter Valley Cabernet fruit, with a maximum harvest of two tonnes per acre.
