Good drinking Zin.
edit Tasting
Purple red color. Very oaky, rich, full of dark fruitiness, including strong doses of raspberry and cherry. Whips your tongue with a bit of spicy pepper. Mild tannins. Dry.
This is a tasty, crisp Zin that's not too complicated. Definitely a wine to enjoy without having to think about each swish.
edit Service
Good to slosh down with BBQ, Asian cuisine or other dishes with heavy flavors. It can also be drinked alone before dinner.
Better served cool, around 12-14°C.
This wine should be drinked now - it wouldn't benefit from aging.
