Aromas of sweet cherries and raspberries are followed by a hint of spice of the palate.

Blend: 65% Merlot, 35% Cabernet
Matured for 18 months in French and American oak.
300 dozen bottles of this special wine of distinction have been produced for the Constable Estate Wine Club members.

The 2005 harvest in the Hunter Valley was a dry, hot summer which produced clean, concentrated fruits for quality wine making.
