2001 Parker Coonawarra Estate First Growth Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the best Australian Cabernet Sauvignon.

This vintage was ranked among the top 100 Australian wines by the Langton's wine auction house.

  • Colour: Deep red colour, with a purple tinge.
  • Nose: The nose shows lifted liquorice and blackcurrant fruit with some perfumed aromas of violets and toasted vanilla oak.
  • Palate: The palate is firm and structured with mineral and blackcurrant fruit and a firm tannin finish.
